MTC Financial Inc (legal name) dba TrusteeCorps (assumed name) Agent Jose Valencia Trustee Sales Officer Bad/illegal Service, Foreclosed on Home Owner During an Active Bankruptcy on the Property, Rude, Deceptive, Fraudulent, Had no regard that he violated Federal Bankurptcy Laws and Consumers Rights, No Integrity, ill mannered with a nasty disposition. Irvine California

This company is a debt collector as stated in all their documents.  They are not the lender.  They use all sorts of unlawful tactics to Steal your home.  They did not notify the home owner by mail or public notice that there was a pending trustee sale.  Luckily it was found on Property Radar. 

They were contacted that there was a bankruptcy on the property and paperwork was provided to them.  However, the following month while the bankruptcy was still active, the property sold back to the beneficiary.  This agent was well aware of the bankruptcy but let the sale go through and emediately filed it in the county records.

This agent has been reported for his rudeness, intimidation, ill mannered conversations and conduct by many people but MTC Financial dba TRUSTEECorp does nothing about it.  This company should be fined and shut down for their unlawful conduct.

The property was illegally confiscated deceptively.  There needs to be a rescision of that unlawful sale. Not sure what to do next, especially since they don't care about the law and feel they can do what ever they want.  This is Theft.
