MTYC Investment SA based in Switzerland is a organized criminal scam. 

I was contacted by a recruiting agency saying that I would be a good fit for a position they had. I then contacted a few days later by someone posing to be MTYC hiring assistant saying that I should fill some basic information my name address etc.

I was then contacted by the supposed hiring manager. He said I would be put on a trial training for 5 days with the company. The only thing he wanted me to do is to give him my name an email address so that they could transfer money into my account. 

They want me to accept black money, profits from crime etc and convert the money into bitcoin and send it back to them and they would send me a commission. It is a highly sophisticated scam, they are posing as a real company and they even tricked a HR recruiting company. DO NOT FALL FOR MTYC Investment SCAM!! They will send you illegal money, profits from crime and want you to make it legal again through buying bitcoin and sending it back. 

Very sophisticated scam initially were quite professional and said they were opening a new office in Canada and USA.
