I ordered the porduct on 12-2-2017 and received it on 12-09-2017. They drafted my account on 12-17-2017 for 89.03 and than drafted my account on 12-18-2017 for 84.74. They said I had 14 days to try their product but was only given 8 days. I called the 844-874-8531 to ask for my money to re refunded and I was told that I already was past my 14 day trail, I asked the lady how can i be past my 14 day trail when I hadn't had the product that long? Her response was it goes by the day you ordered it, and I told her that is false advertisement because you can't try a product for 14 days if you only have it for 7 or 8 days thats not 14 day trail and I asked to talk to her supervisor. The supervisor #137 explained the same thing and I asked her for a refund and was told the same thing. So I asked to speak to her supervisor and she kept telling me I am the supervisor, so needless to say she wouldn't let me speak to anyone else but her and she informed me that they would only do a 50% refund but not the 100% so I told her I would contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they handled it for me. I will never order from any company that says you get a 14 day trail again. This is a scam in my opinion.
