mugshot.com careless, harassment, defamation of charactor , extortion. damage due to first impressions boca ratan, Florida

I am an artist who is using the internet as a tool to promote my work.  I have to supliment my carrier by taking many types of jobs to make ends meet.  When I apply for work,  the possible emploiers  ALL "google" ones name to discover their pbackgrounds and to get a sense of what type of person they are dealing with.  

Due to mugshot websits and "mugshot.com" inpaticular,  I am suffering from "first impressions" made beacuse of "Mugshots" of another indivudal. They are not willing to remove UNLESS I pay them to have them taken down.  The mugshots are of another person and not me.  I only share this persons first and last name.  While we have different middle names and birthdays and social security numbers(i would hope).  

This convicted person died  on June 22, 2014 and is no longer a threat to the world.  Now, I suffer from this greedy thug who won't  remove this defimating mugshots which appear when I am being researched.  This is getting serious and my healt is starting to suffer from it.  

I understand if a person is dangerous and alive but he is no more on earth.  "What are my rights?"
