I stopped in to check out prices and to book an appointment as I hadn't had a massage in a couple years and they were close to home.  They are very expensive at $92/hour massage.  I booked for later that day and when I arrived I had to fill ...MoreI stopped in to check out prices and to book an appointment as I hadn't had a massage in a couple years and they were close to home.  They are very expensive at $92/hour massage.  I booked for later that day and when I arrived I had to fill out paperwork, which I asked the receptionist why i wasn't offered to do that when standing there earlier to book the appointment or was i told to arrive any amount of time prior to my appointment. then once in the room the consultation took another 35 mins.  The therapist actually went and got a book to read up on some things.  when i went to leave and they gave me the total i brought up my issues but the receptionist said she could only give me an email address to the manager to bring up my concerns, so i didn't want to make a scene so i paid and took the information.

I tried to contact the manager/owner via email as that was the only information i was given, about the issues and they came back saying i should've showed up on time to do the paperwork and i got what i paid for...how did i get what i paid for.  i don't know your polices and it's not my job to know them.  i paid for an One Hour Massage, not a 35 minute consult and a 20 minute massage.  Twice they responded the same way.

I went through my credit card company to get the monies back but Muscle Matters said i made the payment so i agreed to the service and because I didn't read their policies to show up 15 minutes before my appointment to complete the paperwork, it was my fault that i didn't get the full one hour i was charged.

this is the kind of service you get for $92....Horrible.  Never go to them.  not worth the money.  too expensive and i didn't even get the full 1 hour i paid for. I was so sore the next couple of days because the massage brought out all the problems but were not worked out due to the short time.  I would not recommend them to anyone.
 
 So unprofessional.

Stay away... i later went to a great place called (((REDACTED))), down the street from these ripp offs and they were SOOOOOO Much better.  great prices, you get what you pay for and my consult was not included in my 1 hour massage.  Just awesome, the experience was SOOOOO much different.
