I recieved my bank statement and noticed a charge for 39.95 on my credit/debit card. I knew I had not made a purchase from the company listed.

After calling 800-750-4364, I was no better off than before I called. The operator was rude and unwilling to help. The bank was not much more helpful, so I just lost my money.
