My-generic.com, Took Money Didn't Deliver Services, Internet Charged my credit card and did not deliver meds and gave me bogus contact info. Ripoff Internet

I ordered and was charged $234 for a prescription on April 25th for Phentermine and it has now been a month with no prescription or word on where the prescription is. I have tried all of the "contact" numbers advertised on their website for "24 hour a day telephone assistance" but all are disconnected or busy ALL THE TIME. I've emailed and have heard absolutely nothing back from these people. This company SCAMS people. If you have not already ordered anything from them...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Immediately contact your credit card company and file a dispute. With most credit card companies you only have 60 days to do so.

The only way this company is saying they communicate is via an "enquiry" and in order to get to that part of their website you have to enter your email and password for your "account". The only problem is that when you enter your valid email address in...they say "not found". Without that...you can't email them to complain about anything.

The only email address you can use is their automated one that keeps sending you the same message back over and over again to "visit our website and fill out an enquiry because we are not accepting emails at this time."
