I order one My Lil' Reminder on-line. They took money from my account TWICE instead on once. I haven't received the product. I emailed them and you just get sent a reply that says they will be in touch withing 5 days when they don't. When you call their number, it says they are sorry but the aren't taking orders from the US. Why did they charge me TWICE? What a rip off company this is.

Up date on My lil reminder

I called 1-203-567-1211 and was told they mailed this item to me twice. I never received any packages from them. They said they would mail another package to me and give me a credit for the second package. 3 days later I had my lil reminder package, but am still waiting for my credit to appear on my bank statement. I don't know why they thought I ordered two times.
