I am familiar with Myway's program and have been leased to the company for a while. If you do what you say you are going to do, and always communicate then you will never have a problem. I've always been an honest upright person, and as an owner operator for many, many years I can truly say the program at Myway works. I'm home on weekends and make great money. Another driver referred me to the company years ago and I couldn't imagine hauling freight for anyone else. Good equipment, clean facility, and pleny of freight. If you are seeking the truth about this place then just go down there yourself.. It will be the best career decision you have ever made! But like th eone gentleman commented, get your working hat on because they expect you to actually work and better your quality of life.

Not knowing you are your situation I will not concern myself with your comments, I only told the truth of my experience at this company, Iwil let the revolving door speak for it self. Look the safety record  (csa report) show the truth. As for being a steering wheel holder. I have held one for 30 years quite proudly, i have paid off 2 leased trucks one before this experience and one after I think might know a little bit about being an owner operator. And proper ethics of leasse and lessor. As for my racist remarks I Know what i was told by him

, and by the way i am a white male. think about it.

The previous statement is hilarious! I drove for Myway for 5 years and had to leave due to sickness in the family.. But after reading this previous driver's statement all it does is tell me what type of driver that he is.. Sounds like he is the type that did not maintain his truck, or manage his money. Reminds me of these drivers that want to act like a company driver but get owner operator pay and never have to put any money back into the truck lol!!

This driver stated that Mr. Hooper was racist? How funny.. If he is so racist then why did this driver get qualified and put in a truck?? The driver even said that the company paid for repairs to HIS truck! When I was at Myway leasing a truck I made excellent money, but occasionally I did have to spend money on my truck. ITS TRUCKING!

In response to the logging- Myway is very strict on making sure every driver follows the DOT standards, but if you expect they are going to let you sit at home all the time and not run then you are wrong. From what I gathered while there it is clear that they do not have time for steering wheel holders. They want real truck drivers that want to come haul freight to better their family's lives.

I was home every weekend. Always had a load. Hauled nice clean trailers. Made great money. END OF STORY. BTW I am a black male myself! Love the company.
