I put a deposit on a puppy from Mary Ducote, and at first everything started out fine . Until the puppy arrived . The first night the puppy was throwing up . So in the morning I took him to the vet. They didn't know what was wrong with him so they gave me antibiotics and anti nausea medication, then the puppy gets hot spots the next day which I know is common in bulldogs but this is two or 3 days of me having the pup I'm emailing her and she's (Mary Ducote) like it's nothing.
Now after a week of having him he's already been back and forth to the vet. Then he catches a infection and now only having this puppy for going on 3 weeks he develops cherry eye. Now I know this is also common in bulldogs but this is crazy all these problems with 1 dog. I contact her about exchanging the puppy she says unless the dog dies she won't replace the puppy. I've talk to other breeders and they said she's a bad breeder for her actions I'd advise you to stay away from her

First off the puppy got a good Vet health exam before leaving here. Some times puppies get stressed during the transition of going to a new home. I tell all my puppy owners to take them for a check up when they get them with in a day or so, it is on my Contract, Day's went by and they never said he was sick or wanted to send him back, i guess they just left him and went on vacation. they should have keep him quite and give them time to ajust to their new homes after all they are babies.
this person kenneled a 8 week old puppy right after getting him to go on vacation leaving him at a vet's office, without the puppy having all shot they should have taking care of the puppy shot's and ajustment time before just taking it to the vet and dropping it off to leave him once again at a strange place. ( now i know there are sick dog's and puppies going into the vet's office so why leave a puppy there to go on Vacation at only 8 week's old that is asking for trouble)
And has for the Cherry eye ruff playing with another dog or puppies can cause a Cherry Eye from bumping it. I asked for the vet report many many time and is all i got was cused out badly. I told them i would have my vet look at the report and get back with them but again they would not send me a vet report, just cussed at me more.
Then they text me and say (my kids want to keep the puppy) so i think they wanted to not take care of the puppy and wanted another puppy for free. again if the other party is reading this i would still work with you if you would just send me the vet report and your vet's name, bussiness, and phone number for my vet to call your vet that would still be fine. I am bending over backwards not for you But for the puppy i raised.
also they have had this puppy since July the 12Th or so here it is August the 6th. And are just now complaining. this puppy was in good health checked by 2 vet's before leaving here with both vet's saying he was very healthy boy.
