While ordering a WinZip program, my order automatically increased by several other programs that I did not order and did not want. I contacted the company to remove the programs that I did not want, but I was charged $52 instead of the $29.95 that the program should have cost.

The Win Zip program that I did receive says "Evaluation Version". It does work, but I have no idea what an Evaluation Version is, and I did not order such.

I will contest the additional charge to my credit card company.No emails regarding reducing my charge to the company were answered.
