Ordered Sony PSP game console 26th November 2005. Credit card debited 28th November 2005.

MyDV sent confirmation email saying order had been processed, but never received email to say order despatched.

Emailed twice, sent enquiry via website, all ignored. Called phone number given out on website. Voicemail mail box just gives out message "this mail box is full" and hangs up.

Did a little research on internet and discovered I'm not alone!

Have sent them request for refund.
