I cannot believe I fell for this one, but this company stated clearly that all you pay is 4.99 plus 1.99 for shipping and insurance and you get this watch. So I got the watch and if it's worth 5.99 that would be it, for the materials used to make it. I have expensive watches and this watch is not that at all. I am on a fixed income and I cannot afford 88.99 to come out of my account. But when I told them, they said I should have read the small print. Any person who gets something then returns it should be properly compensated. But this company has yet to compensate me for the charge.  I am very angry that there are businesses out there that take advantage of people in this way! What can I do now?

Dear customer, Please provide us with your full name and zip code so that we may better assist you and resolve your complaint. Additionally, please review the web page from which you initially activated your membership with My Geneva Watch (www.mygenevawatch.com/order.aspx). This page clearly states our terms and conditions, as well as the nature of your free trial watch offer. We do not charge anyone's account without their authorization - you authorized the charge when you did not cancel your account within the provided time frame of 14 days, as stated multiple times on our website. As stated in our trial offer, if you do not wish to keep your watch, you may send it back at our expense and obviously will not be charged anything. There are multiple ways to contact us to cancel your account and receive return instructions, including e-mail support and a 24 hour call center. We regret that you overlooked the Terms and Conditions on our website and order page (www.mygenevawatch.com/order.aspx), which we advise the customer to read before they place their order. In fact, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions (and check a box stating this, as well as your cognizance of our $88.98 subscription) before we can process your order. Thank you, MyGenevaWatch.com
