Sarah Greger dba Mynewfys.com & her partner, Teri Nugent dba blue moon newfies sold puppies advertising the parents Samson (dad) and Sadie (mom) as OFA certified they aren't and have never been. They gave out FALSE pedigrees and FALSE OFA certificates to the buyers of these puppies. The OFA certificates they gave buyers were certs from a different dog!!
And that is FRAUD!
Buyers of these puppies are dealing with puppies with hip dysplasia. Of course these women do not care, they charged $1500 a piece for the pups and now that they have their money, are not returning calls or honoring their "guarantee".
If you bought one of these puppies seek legal counsel or report it to the IC3/FBI.

Wouldn't AKC restrict the registration on these dogs also? I would think if you wrote letters to them informing them of the dogs status they might contact the breeder of proof of health status, and restrict their registration to only pet status. I don't think AKC would allow breeding status to dogs with bad hips knowingly. It might be worth checking into.
