MyPix2 MyPix2 is a RIPOFF Apex North Carolina

Mypix2.com is a ripoff.  When I ordered in August, it stated that they were 5 weeks behind but I did not see it as a problem because I didn't need it until my husband's 50th birthday in November.  In mid-September, I tried to reach them (by email and chat because that's the only way you can be in contact with them) and was given the standard message that production was taking longer than anticipated.  I figured that since I didn't get it in time for his November 50th birthday, I would give it as a Christmas present.  Contacted them several times in November and December and was given the same standard message.  At that point, I requested a refund to which the reply was "we don't give refunds."  Amazing how the conversation became less standard!  I would not recommend this company at all...never.
