Myshca student7 i paid for a cat tree $19.99 in july 2017 and have yet to receive it. the bank has no phone number for them so i can get my money back either took my money and have not send my item Nationwide

i paid for a cat tree in july 22 201 and as of today 11/27/2017 i have not received it and no email from them. i went to my bank and showed them where it was taken out the $19.99 but there no number or anything to contact them
