MY HUSBAND AND I WAS CONNED INTO ACCEPTING A PREFERRED

MERCHANT CARD WITH A CREDIT LIMIT OF $10,000.00 TO

REBUILD OUR CREDIT AFTER A BANKRUPTCY.

WE WERE BROKE AFTER CHRISTMAS. BUT WE THOUGHT THAT

CREDIT CARD WAS A PROMISING WAY TO REBUILD OUR CREDIT.

WE WERE CONNED ON THE PHONE BY A MAN REPRESENTING

HIMSELF BY N.A.C.S. TO PAY A FEE OF $200.00.

WE RECEIVED NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS PROMISED. THE PHONE

NUMBER HE GAVE US TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION WAS PHONY AS

WELL.
