Names-data.com Website located in India is posting false information and won't remove it. Chennai Tamil Nadu India

I would like to report that a website that goes by the name of Names-data.com has posted false information about me and won't remove it. The webpage where my name is located states that I've lived at various addresses and had various phone numbers, all of which is false. I've contacted the website via their removal email but they don't respond nor did the remove the false information.

I did a WHOIS search and this is the information I got:

The website is owned by the same people that run Usphonecheck.com (see my Ripoff Report complaint about them). Their removal procedure is similar to USphonecheck.com but here it asks for more information. I highly recommend anyone trying to remove their information not to follow thru because it looks too shady and more like a phishing website. Especially since, they don't respond to any emails nor remove anything, which to me raises red flags.

If you find your information here and would like it removed, please file a complaint with your law enforcement agency (FTC, FBI, etc.), whichever might be applicable to you. Also submit a complaint with GoDaddy at abuse@godaddy.com. If they get enough complaints, the website will be removed.
