I was referred to Respected Realty for an apartment that I was interested in located at 300 Diplomat Pkwy, Hallandale Beach, FL. I called their direct number that I got from their webpage, and spoke to a Svitlana Fidler who claims to be the owner.

Ms. Fidler told that yes she could show me the apartment after rambling on for a while I guess trying to impress me that she knew a lot about Real Estate, really sounded like a scatter brain.   We set a time to meet she said that she lived close by, I explained to her that my boyfriend was going to help me with the start-up costs so that I needed to set a time when he could also be there.

 Ms. Fidler was not easy to set up the appointment with claiming that she was busy, after telling me how close she lived to the location.   Well we finally we set a date and time and myself and my boyfriend were there like 10 min early, we had to wait almost an hour for Ms. Fidler, who then had a problem finding the right key.   Ms. Fidler showed up late dressed like she was going to a night club or something, in a short very sheer dress obviously without any underwear.

Myself and my boyfriend were quite surprised that any Realtor would dress like that, she was quite the chatter box, and kept speaking to my boyfriend directly, having a hint of alcohol on her breath. So very unprofessional. Although Ms. Fidler was a nightmare and dressed like a hooker I liked the Apartment, and that I wanted to get the Condo Association papers and lease so that I would know all the rules, again she kept speaking to my boyfriend who had more than once told her that it was my choice and just to answer my questions.

I wanted to tell her to stop bending over and showing her bare a*s to me and my boyfriend. Somehow when I asked the person at the Condo Association could we deal with someone else I was told that Ms. Fidler had some type of exclusive. But really what a disaster besides the way she was dressed, she kept flirting with my boyfriend who by now was embarrassed. Ms. Fidler kept asking my boyfriend if he was paying the money the first day when we saw the Apt, after I told her that I needed the Association by laws and a copy of the lease to review.  

Both myself and my boyfriend gave Ms. Fidler our business cards when we first met, after leaving she called my boyfriend several times directly after being told by both of us to deal only with myself the Tenant.   After finally getting the needed paperwork I decided to take the apartment but wanted no more to do with Ms. Fidler who I thought acted like a prostitute more than a Realtor.

  So after going through that and making a check out to Respected Realty for the inception that was "cashed" we were told that some other person was taking the Apartment that was willing to pay a slightly higher price. Now for days I am calling her trying to get a refund of the money my boyfriend had written a check for, she claims there is a problem because the check came from my boyfriend and not myself who signed the papers.   Never have I ever experienced such a crazy person in any type of Real Estate transaction, now what do I have to do hire a Lawyer to get my boyfriends money back?

  Ms. Fidler acted more like a drunken call girl more then a Realtor, Buyer Beware of this women and her company which she should rename to "Disrespected Reality", and with the stolen money she should go buy herself some underwear and respectful dress or better yet slacks. And we really didn't care about hearing about her recent Boob Job.   I want my boyfriends $5,300.00 refunded and Ms. Fidler should loose her License.   Beware of this wack job and her company.
