NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED REPORT:

First and foremost (((REDACTED))) is NOT an experienced realtor with "18 years of experience" as she boasts and suggest. She only got her TX license in March 2013. Does this suggest 18 years of being a realtor?

Hmm..

Further research shows (((REDACTED))) never worked at " fortune 500 company" as she likes to suggest and convey, nor has had retained another real estate license in any other state. She has held odd ball jobs to make ends meet after her divorce from (((REDACTED))). None of these jobs retained a "professional" profession, nor did any convey she was a real estate agent. (((REDACTED))) has ONLY been a TX realtor since March 2013. Such a scam. Such a fraud to represent yourself as a experienced realtor with "18 yrs "!

Matter of fact, The Herald Journal suggest she never was in the real estate market she actually co-owned a (((REDACTED))) in Delray beach and her line was called "JAZZY babes"!! Oh how fitting, (((REDACTED)))?

Here's the link :

(((REDACTED)))

Once you're in a transaction with (((REDACTED))) everything falls into place. We've personally experienced it on the buyer's side and luckily didn't utilize her services on the seller's side, but can only imagine the pain she would've created. Her knowledge is sparse, her professionalism fails, she lies, manipulates, forces instant wrongdoing.

In our particular transaction she failed miserably. The deal was simple, but her emails were filled with lies. We were so troubled, frustrated with her we threw the home we loved away because she couldn't negotiate on the contract with the seller(s) effectively, timely, and all the lies RoseMarie fed to me, my agents throughout the process were too much to handle. The entire process was tremendously negative and a drag thanks to (((REDACTED))). She currently works for (((REDACTED))) and can't imagine (((REDACTED))) retaining her as an realtor..but time will tell. And the facts will be known to all.

(((REDACTED))) Does NOT have 18 yrs of real estate experience. She is a SCAM

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, March 17, 2015

We made calls into FREC and DPOR@Virginia and this is what is to be of any facts and truth.

In Florida-

Real Estate Broker or Sales (((REDACTED))) Primary SL3053827
Sales Associate
Null and Void,
03/31/2005

In Virginia-

(((REDACTED)))
(((REDACTED)))
Real Estate Individual
Status
Inactive
Salesperson License
WOODBRIDGE, VA
1991-08-31

In both of these states and including TX you are not and have not been LICENSED over "18 years" as you suggest, share, lie about, write about, disclose to others, and engage in conversation. This is our point and has been the focal point as this rip off report has been written. We were incorrect about NOT being licensed in either state, BUT neither of these states- Florida and/ or Virginia has you licensed over 16 years to suggest you have a combination of "18 years of experience."
Is this me or you that you can't recall your OWN LIFE and what you did with it, (((REDACTED)))?

Your life is of oddball jobs. Oddball enough to where you are a pool maintenance girl on the weekends cleaning pools for $30 /week in Del Ray, FL to being a store manager at an OFFICE DEPOT to co-owning a baby swimwear line called "(((REDACTED)))" All of this DOES NOT AMOUNT TO "18 years of REAL ESTATE experience" as you suggest, tell others, and tell your OWN agency, Ebby Halliday.
This is FRAUD, and a SCAM. Please take note, (((REDACTED))).

Further, on the property located on NORTH HALL ST you made the choice NOT to make the appropriate efforts in solidfying a simple deal. Your failed attempts, your lies to my agents, and to your own client is what BROKE the deal. We had a simple deal asking nothing but 2 repairs, offered at/near listing price, and your fabricated lies, intentful wrongdoing is what broke the deal. Your own manager had to get involved because you messed the whole transaction up, lied about it, tried to cover it up and luckily we saw through this and terminated the deal.

If you have 18 years of experience in REAL ESTATE and have been licensed though the 18 years then please post/upload ALL of your license(s) and correct US if you are right, (((REDACTED))).
But to all--> DON'T use (((REDACTED))) as she will fight to make the transaction of ANY property in Dallas, TX FAIL. That is her ultimate goal, making lives miserable, and wasting our time, and money, and efforts.
Thank you

#4 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Non-founded Backlash

AUTHOR: (((REDACTED))) - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 17, 2015

Mrs Campbell, I respectfully ask you to contact me directly and to meet with me in person if you have a grievance with me. I am not sure why it is you have a need to talk to everyone else and publish falsehoods online.

This is likely my final rebuttal as I have no desire to play games, I value my time.

  • YOU and your husband voluntarily 'TERMINATED' the contract within your extended option period per the terms of the contact. You terminated per your will and in taking the advice of your agent.
  • Our manager involved herself with your agent's manager to see if the contract could be revived AFTER you terminated the contract, and my then client was willing to meet you more than halfway if not in full for she did not take my advice given to her in the moment. These are the facts.

As you seem fascinated wondering how could someone so young at the time accomplish great things as an entrepreneur who started her first business at age 19 with a small business loan of $35K & 21% interest rate, then as an entrepreneur-mother turned successful corporate relocation manager for having had a background that stemmed in design, sales, marketing and in real estate at the time Terry Bean, EXVP HR recruited me into their first-hired Corporate Relocation Manager position under Dean Finster, Director, Human Resources Corporate Services at Office Depot's HQ, I am posting most of my real estate certificates dating back to 1988, I was 25 at the time. I am 52 today.

I also have my original 'broker' licenses in real estate and in mortgage licensing, they were used for Office Depot's Relocation Department under HRCS during Terry Bean's EXVP tenure as a means to make a cost producing department cost effective with intent of becoming income generating. I was a brainchild of the third-party service providers in-house before it became popular..which is how the SafetyNet program was lauched through CRS HomePool now SIRVA.

The Staples and Office Depot merger talks eliminated that possibility. It was my lead taken to outsource our relocation services out to our vendors. The FTC challenged the merger as a monopoly and Office Depot took a huge decline in stock valuations et all.. they were changing times.

If my memory is correct, you were a flight attendant turned real estate professional at some point. You should be among the first to understand a woman can have more than one area of business in which she excels at and can develop, grow and lead through. Sometimes we return to our roots and first passions as well. I practiced real estate in my 20s..30s..  life and opportunities pulled me into other directions. I love my return to real estate, being 52 with depth in experience I have a great deal to offer and accomplish over time as I am here in real estate to stay.

To this day, I am still involved with the swimwear business albeit not like I used to be involved. Should I meet you again, I'll be happy to share more of my background I'm very proud of and never conceal. In fact in the next weeks of drop-bys to my prospects and clients with a pool, I will have a gift bag with items I designed and manufactured for their children and grandchildren, and little visitors. Do you see anything wrong with that? It is something I enjoy doing.

You seem to be the only one who brings this up as having an issue with stressed out over how one assesses experience in a field they make their career and livelihood. You opened a door allowing me the opportunity to reminisce going back to when I was 30 with my Jazzy Babe on my hip, '23' years ago as we made news together. The story you came across made 36 newspapers across the US. To complete your story, I add an old clipping making news in addition to the 36 clippings for investing in the revitalization of Delray Beach's famed Atlantic Avenue, it is an All-America City I took great pride in. To all reading this far, I trust this is fruitful and again, welcome anyone curious enough to seek truths to contact me and meet with me.

Respectfully submitted,

(((REDACTED)))

Where in your rebuttal to this report do you state you have "18 years of experience as a real estate agent"? No where. Your mundane, silly stints in VA, FL do NOT constitute BEING a LICENSED real estate agent. Please DO NOT LIE, (((REDACTED))).

We don't have any intent but to CLEAR up the lies you are stating, sharing, saying, and LIVING. People do not care about your swimwear line, being a manager at Office Depot, or holding a pool mainentance managerial position. All of these do NOT qualify you for being a licensed real estate agent with "18 years of experience"

The intent for this report is to inform all that you do NOT have "18 years of experience" as an licensed real estate agent. As you did NOT hold any license in VA, OR FL. This is FACT!!

DO NOT LIE (((REDACTED))) More lies will end up in more broken contracts.

Thank you

Falsification of report on (((REDACTED)))

AUTHOR: RoseMarie - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, March 16, 2015

Ms. Campbell and her husband were represented by a Dave Perry Miller associate. Ms. Campbell reports incorrect information on me. I was first licensed to practice real estate in the state of Virginia, as a licensed real estate salesperson in my 20s for the brokerage company Shannon & Luchs.

In later years, I was a licensed real estate broker as well as a licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida during my tenure as Office Depot's first hired Domestic and International Relocation Manager.

  • Had Ms. Campbell understood any of the info she dug deep to find, she would have known Office Depot, Inc., is a Fortune 500 Company.

I was directly responsible for a $20Million budget overseeing an average of 1200 employee relocations annually. I wrote policy, trained relocation counselors, counselled thousands of employees and their spouses in matters of relocation packages and real estate needs tied to the sale of real estate and buying at destination.

  • In 2004, the Employee Relocation Council, Washington DC recognized my contributions to the relocation sector with a Meritorious Award.

I was married 12 years, during which I was Office Depot's Corporate Relocation Manager 6.5 years, and a United Vanlines Director of Sales and Marketing for 3.5 years before starting my own company in 2004. Therefore Ms Campbell's writting is pure maliciousness meant to affect another person's livelihood.

  • A nice person she is?
  • Professional is she?

I had sole custody of my daughter without child-support, and raised a daugher who later graduated from Cornell University pursuing medical school.

  • Ms. Campbell, why would you overlook this? Or was it easier to make things up as you went along assuming the worst of someone you do not know?

The Herald piece was a very proud moment in my life. My designs and story of being a young entrepreneur made 36 newspapers of Knigt Ridder News and the phone rang off the hook, with the old fax machine burning up with orders. It was an exciting time and the line grew into a mail-order business pre-online sales era.

  • The brand Jazzy Babes FUN & Beachwear was named after my daughter, Jasmine..nicknamed Jazzy. I raised her alone, and she was a great part of my business and inspiration. You failed to share this. I didn't share every little detail in my bio for limited character space.
  • THIS IS THE PERFECT PLATFORM to share insights on my formation as an entrepreneur.
  • The best real estate professionals are entrepreneurs.

I am today, 52 years old, a proud, recognized and successful Ebby Halliday REALTOR®. A long way away from being a 27 year old real estate salesperson with Shannon & Luchs in Virginia.

  • Throughout my professional life, I have had a creative hand in the design of a world known brand of children's swimwear that originated in Canada.
  • Hurricane Andrew is the source that started a very cool and well-known 'Reggie Swimwear' beach shop. It was a retail outlet through which family business that spans today more than 40 years enjoyed a first US location I launched.

The birth of my daughter spawned Jazzy Babes Fun & Beachwear...and soon after I was recruited into a formidable role with Office Depot, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company.

  • I was employed by Office Depot's world headquarters 6.5 years.
  • Following my tenure with Office Depot, during a time of downsizing and outsourcing, I was hired into a directorship role with a United Vanlines company breaking new ground in relocation services.
  • I was a Director of Sales and Marketing, my prospects and clients at the time were the likes of Fidelity Investments, Waste Management, IBM, Kraft for whom I developed business, organized and wrote the company's bid submissions, soft-services proposals and made Best & Final sales presentations for which the role of real estate played vital roles.

During my time at Office Depot, I worked with a company known as SIRVA, formerly Cooperative Resource Services (CRS)/Home Pool.

  • I played an instrumental role in developing what is today known as the SafetyNet Home Buyout Program third party service providers offer corporate clients in supporting the home sale needs of employees.
  • My concept became a source of millions of dollars in profitability programs they oversaw.
  • This was in part, along with my published features in Relocation and Real Estate publications the contributing factors leading to the prestigious ERC Meritorious Award I received, it was a great honor.

This link is a sampling showing I was clearly a recognized voice in corporate relocation as a result of being an entrepreneur and real estate professional, the article to this link is dated 2004 1.expatica.com/hr/story/keeping-the-safety-net-intact-10835.html

Wish to read another? 1.expatica.com/hr/story/successful-sourcing-and-matchmaking--10564.html

It is regretable Ms. Campbell didn't know my full story, wishes to perceive matters as she does.

The contract Ms Campbell and her husband were under was with my former client with whom 'I terminated' the listing agreement. It could have been a successful contract had the parties been willing to talk things through further.

In truth, Ms. Campbell didn't do anything wrong leading to a sound decision made to terminate their contract with my then client. It was/is a beautiful home, more than likely per advice taken by their REALTOR® once their decision was made to serve a Notice of Termination to my client, there was no turning back. These decisions are made daily in the consideration of purchasing real estate. My client was willing to negotiate though it was too late to remedy past the firm decisions of the Campbells to terminate.

The owner of the property the Campbells sought, sold her home independently. My listing agreement with the seller was to expire 12/31/2015 and through mutual agreement with my client, we cancelled the listing. The owner sold her property in a for sale by owner transaction without my or Ebby Halliday REALTORS® representation.

Real estate has long been a passion of mine. I have owned many properties in a number of states. My relocations were typically prompted by my work growing business. I have direct experience in all facets one can imagine wishing to have in the real estate arena, including and not limited to commercial real estate. My clients benefit from my experience in and out of real estate. That is after all what makes a great real estate professional.

I am very proud of my professional career path. In fact I often treat the children of my real estate clients with products I designed and manufactured as supplies last.

  • If you are familiar with Zulily.com and Fab.com you likely saw my children's products, perhaps even purchased my designs.
  • For some reason, Ms Campbell is of a mindset that a creative talent, who grew up abroad and in family business couldn't possibly succeed in more than one sector of business.

The sectors in which I achieved success happen to contribute to my foundaton in being one of Ebby Halliday's Top Performing REALTORS®.

Ms. Campbell isn't aware that I earned the Star Plateau in sales at the Ebby Halliday REALTORS Company, an honor that takes most REALTORS® a few to several years to achieve, some never do.

  • I achieved Star Plateau in my first 9 months as a licensed Texas real estate professional, this being NEW to the state of Texas, certainly not new to real estate.
  • This was a record for the 70 year old real estate company.
  • Had I been new to real estate, I would have been awarded the company's Rookie of the Year Award.
  • The Ebby Halliday Company has on average close to 2000 licensed real estate professionals, my accomplishments are by no means small and testimonials speak for themselves.

I wish Ms Campbell and her husband well, and understand through her Dave Perry Miller REALTOR® that the Campbells did find a greater home than the one the Campbells were set to buy, and that she was very happy with their find.

I have no reason to not believe her REALTOR® who is a colleague of mine. It is odd to me someone could hold such animosity toward another person when outcomes are for the greater in their regard. Going to extremes of peppering the head of the company, as well as the head broker with eMails displays obessive behavior seeking malice.

For anyone reading this far into my rebuttal, if you have any question or concern in potentially conducting real estate business with me, I invite you to contact me. I would be delighted to meet you at my office, as well as to introduce you to a full list of my clients you are most welcome to contact seeking references.

  • If anything, the scam post is not a bad thing, it allows me to counter with facts that enhance anything my Ebby Bio or running searches on me feeling very much like stalking at this point could explain regarding Where I come from, How I operate, What I stand for.

I have been self-employed successfully since 2004, now 12 years. Not consecutive years in real estate. My accomplished years in real estate cover three states: Virginia, Florida and Texas from the time I was in my 20s from across the years and miles that brought me to one of the greatest real estate companies founded by Ebby Halliday, 70 years ago. Last week Miss Ebby celebrated her 104th birthday, and I couldn't imagine being a part of a greater broker in real estate.

Respectfully submitted,

(((REDACTED)))
