Nancy Jasso Seceretary For Kelso Burnett Told me twice she whould retrun my security deposit and never did and won't return emails or calls. Chicago Illinois

In February of 2008 I sent Nancy Jasso a check for $300.00 as a deposit for her rental in San Miguel Allende Mexico for a May 2008 rental. She told me if I got there and didn't like it I could get my deposit back. In late March she wrote me a email stating that the Mexican government was doing construction in front of her home and it would be difficult getting to the house so I canceled and she told me she would return the deposit and never did, do I finally got through to her on June 3, 2008 and she said she would send a company check, it never arrived. Now she won't answer my call or my emails. I had an attorney write a letter and she never responded to the letter. I have tried calling Management where she works to see if they would help get us talking but none of them would return my calls. All correspondence was done through her work including sending the deposit check to her work address.
