Nancy Richards calls herself the "Director" of a "Dog Training Institute" that apparently does not exist in the physical world. She has multiple websites that all promise to give you information to help you train your particular breed of dog with research specific to that particular breed.

Every website is exactly the same except for the name of the breed.

She asks you to send her $59.95 for membership to a "members only" website where you'll gain even more information on how to train your particular breed.

Some of the breeds include:

Coonhounds
French Bulldogs
Peekapoos
Maltese
Bichon Frise
Beagles
Greyhounds
and many more

Obviously this woman has a generic "information" site and is just plugging in the different breed names in an effort to get people to pay her money.

Do NOT send this woman any money. The address that is on the sites now is only a mailbox. According to the Monroe WA Police, it is a UPS office that rents out mailboxes. A report of fraud has been filed with that Police Dept.

She did have a Chicago IL address on there that has been changed in the last three days. The people at that address had never heard of her or her "Dog Training Institute".

The phone number she gives is a free voicemail only number from International Telecom, LTD in Washington. She does not return any calls.

Her web host, The Place, in TX has been notified and is investigating. Hopefully they will decide she is a scam artist and will pull her sites.
