In July 1, 2012 I ordered $35 worth of TLC from Natchez Solution Distribution. On Aug 1st I contacted Bruce Owen by e-mail to inquire about the status of my order. On August 7, I received the following reply: "Hi Rebecca, I am making solution now and will be bottling this weekend. Your three bottles of TLC for leather ships Saturday or Monday bruce owen." On August 28 I still hadn't received the order, so I e-mailed him requesting a refund. No reply, and I learned that I had waited too long to resolve the matter on paypal, but I did lodge a complaint with them. I notice that the Natchez Solution website no longer accepts paypal as a payment option.
