Nathan Van Prooyen Rainmaker Commerce Paid for work that was never completed - Ripoff, unethical, unresponsive, unprofessional. Deltona, Florida

As a small business owner, I have been absolutely floored by the lack of professionalism from Nathan Van Prooyen and Rainmaker Commerce. Not only did Nathan not deliver anything even remotely on time (60-90 days past due) and did not communicate or reply to emails or phone calls for weeks at a time but after we moved the project to a new developer for completion Nathan refused to reply to even a requests for refunds seeing as he did not complete a entire swath of the project.

The amounts are minor but the warning others should heed is great:

Total Cost: $2975.00
Total Paid: $1487.50
Total Work Completed: $980.00
Total Refund Requested: $507.50

We have laid this out to Nathan and he will not reply which has necessitated our actions. We want a refund but also we don't wish this experience on even our most hardened competitors.
