This group uses fraudulent practices to scam money out individuals.

I was contacted by Thomas McMillian and Tricia Adams with grand promises of setting up appointments with warm prescreened prospects. After numerous phone calls we finally came to the agreed upon amount of $750.00 for 12 appointments.  The only payment methods available were wire transfers, check, or money order.

I fulfilled my end of the agreement by supplying in a timely manner my schedule so appointments could be scheduled.  All I received in return was an occasional call from the call center with an appointment with a prospect that  typically no showed, or in one instance had passed away years before.

Shortly after I entered the agreement I was shuffled off to Advisory World Group and a gentleman named Dan.  After a few months the calls stopped coming in.  I tried numerous times to contact the Ohio Skype Center which I was referred to, but no response.

Since then I have found that the group I started with Midland Annuity Group changed names to Advisory World Group and now to National Annuity Exchange.  No doubt this group will change their name again and cheat others by taking money and delivering nothing.

Warning to others run away from these people they are fraudulent in their activities.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

AUTHOR: CA_Advisor - ()

POSTED: Monday, August 25, 2014

Tom McMillian:  in your above-mentioned response you state: "We are not National Annuity Exchange, we are Advisory World Group."  You go on to say: "If is customer is unhappy with our program, send me an email and I will get the company to send you back a refund check."

I have a judgement against Advisory World Group issued by the Superior Court of the State of California in the amount of $3,115.00 dated 3/11/14.

Since you clearly state that you are Advisory World Group please let me know how you intend to satisfy the judgement I have against you?

Tom, Great to hear from you. I would be happy to exchange emails with you and see if we can get resolution to the issue. But I don’t have your email. I do have an agreement with your name on it that states you would provide 12 appointments for $750.00. I have only received one appointment since I sent you my check back in November. I haven’t had any activity in months and have been told that new leads had just arrived and I was in production. I have tried to find a web presence of Advisory World Group, but only find complaints and no webpage. So feel free to contact me directly, I very happy to accept a refund of funds already paid for services that have not be delivered.
