First you get a letter, great you know you're in debt. Thanks for reminding me. Sure thing, I'll make payments. On the website you go, enter your information. Get a confirmation email from them saying they got your payment.
Next thing you know, $300 in payments to them, that they've TAKEN the money from your checking account. ONLY they say "Your account was marked as being seriously delinquent. It weas discovered today that you have been making payments. HOWEVER these payments went to an entirely different part of NACM."
Not my fault, I PAID, you took MY MONEY, yet have to nerve to say I still owe you the full debt. Nope, I've paid $300. You took it, put it towards my debt so I can get done with you and get this overwith!
