WE ARE A SMALL FLOORING COMPANY AND WE SIGNED UP WITH NATIONAL BANKCARD BECAUSE ONE OF OUR CLIENTS IS THE COAST GUARD AND THEY PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT IS ACTUALLY GUARANTEED FUNDS.  WHEN WE SET OUR ACCOUNT UP WE DID NOT KNOW THE ROUTING NUMBER FOR OUR BANK, THE REPRESENTATIVE AT NATIONAL BANKCARD SAID THAT THEY COULD LOOK THIS UP FOR US.  THEY DID THIS AND SET THE ACCOUNT UP.  THEN WHEN THE FIRST CHARGE WAS MADE IT DID NOT DEPOSIT TO OUR ACCOUNT.  WE STARTED TALKING TO NATIONAL BANKCARD AND THEY SAID THAT THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION WAS NOT GOOD, REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE THE ONES THAT LOOKED UP OUR ROUTING NUMBER. IN THE MEAN TIME WE RECEIVED A BILL FOR A 35.00 RETURN FEE. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS OUR ACCOUNTAIN CALLED THEM,  THEY TOOK THE CORRECT ROUTING NUMBER AND THEN SAID THAT WE NEEDED  A LETTER FROM OUR BANK AND TO FILL OUT A CHANGE FORM.  WE DID THIS. WE WERE ALSO TOLD BY THE ACCOUNT REP THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE US 25.00 FOR THE CHANGE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND ALSO SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE US 35.00 FOR THE RETURN OF THE FUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT, WHICH BY THE WAY WAS NEVER RETURNED.  WE FINALLY GOT A DEPOSIT INTO OUR ACCOUNT BUT IT WAS SHORT BY 439.10.  I HAVE NOW CALLED THEM THREE TIMES TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY THEY STOLE OUR MONEY, TO NO AVAIL!!!
