National Consumer Credit Center going out of business! ripoff Pennsylvania

After joining the NCRC program last year, I started feeling a bad vibe of this company. Then I found all the reports about it in this web page. Although my credit cards have been paid quite on time and debt seems to go down, I called them to check the status of my account. After calling for 7 straight dates and leaving messages and messages, my suspicious were worst and worst. The receptionist told me that they only had 2 staff people in the entire company and she was located outside the main office so she didnt know what was going on.

Finally, they called me and a manager told me that they have experienced some layouts but the company was in the process of hiring new people. She promised that everything was fine and they were just in a hiring process. That conversation was on mid-May. Yesterday (6/11), I received a letter from them notifying that they are out of business and have been purchased by a company called Big Solutions. This new company is also located in Florida and being honest to all of you, I feel are the same people.

I contacted the credit cards and told them the history. We agreed to work together and avoid using other of these companies.

I sent a fax to NCRC asking about my $175 refund, but after seeing your emails I think that money never will come.

Get out of this company. Do no sign with the new one as something bad is going on here.
