Received a letter in the mail from this company, ordered the "deed" by paying the required amount. 6 months later, no deed, no refund. Contacted the company (via email) still no response. Filed a compalint with the BBB and they responded, sayin the sompany had not responded to them. This company is a RIPOFF - do NOT send any monies to them. If you receive correspondence from them, trash it IMMEDIATELY!
