I have lived in one of their properties for 4 years without any problems.  Now the new manager, is doing lease by the book.

i guess there failure in management is the problem.  I have a new rent increase, bills i have never had to pay before.

So now I have to look for somewhere to move quickly because i cannot afford the home anymore.  And I am sure they will

come up with something to not refund my deposit and look for anything to charge me with.   WHAT AM I TO DO?
