I send in my eyeglasses for repair 6 weeks ago. Neal called me on a Saturday and told me the charge and that my glasses would be sent out that following Monday. It's been 5 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails. I still haven't received my glasses and have not been able to speak with anyone. I am in the process of disputing this on my credit card but I really just want my glasses back.
