National Foreclosure Relief kimberly Henderson Nevada

i am writing for the second time to where i was ripped off by national foreclosure relief. in nov,of 2008 i contacted national foreclosure and explained my mortgage situation to a woman calling herself kim, she explained to me that they could help me get my payments lowered and also a much lesser interest rate than 11% but first they needed 1800.00 which was drawn my checking account by the company.

time went by i heard nothing. i would have to call to find out where i stood in regards to the mortgage problem. they ( kim )told me to send 5000.00 to the mortgage company and each month send payments of 2700.00 and everything would be ok, they did not help me, they stole my money with their fraudelent scheme. i tried calling but got nothing but hang ups.

it's really a shame that there can not be anything done to combat this type of fraud. they kept telling me that it would take 6 weeks to get my refund as long as i wrote them telling them why i should get my 1800.00 back,i would keep calling and calling to no avail.

i am 68 years old and have depleted my 401 k savings to try getting help. please do not deal with this company,they are 100% scam artists. i am with a company now that was initiated by the goverment who is helping me save my home.

i repeat,please do not use this company for any transactions that require money,you will be ripped off,
