National Furniture Express former contract employee saw this rip off complaint and voicing my opinion... Clearwater Florida

Wow, even as late as September '08 folks are still trying to get their claims resolved with National Furniture Express....and all the other names it went by. Mr. Leitgeb has certainly done a job out there ripping people off.

I was a contract salesman for the company and very good at what I did. In one week our department, in only one location, sold more than 25,000. worth of moving jobs. I am still owed about $700. in commissions.

So when I saw that a detective from Pinellas County was assigned to investigate (noted in this last rip off report..) I decided to contact him and see if I, too, couldn't get my money. It's doubtful.

Bobby Leitgeb had a partner, I'm guessing he's the one who put up the $50K in question mentioned in former complaints...his name was Jeff Allison. I really believed Jeff to be an honorable man. But I guess he was getting taken to the cleaners just like everyone else.

I'm going to file my claim with the department of justice here in Pinellas. They have brought the 'feds' into this and that may be the only way anything gets done.

With me it's not personal...it's about my money. Other than being mislead all the time about paychecks not being ready...and at the end never came...I was never mistreated or disrespected by anyone in the company.

I just feel it's only fair to say that.

But we worked very hard every day and opened and closed that office when all the powers-that-be were out playing with other people's money. So if there is a chance for me to get my money I'm going to cooperate.

Mr. Leitgeb, himself, wrote a rebuttal to a complaint filed against him on Rip Off....imagine the audacity. All I can say is there was in fact an employee named Natasha. She worked in the airport warehouse of Nex Move....for some time and of course he knows who she is. It may also be true, however, that someone else is using her name. But don't belive for a minute any employee got away with stealing a penny from Mr. Leitgeb except his own family. The money never got a chance to post before he went to a teller maching and took it right out!!! We even had a wonderul bank manager from Sun Trust open for us one morning 1/2 hour early so we could manually cash our paychecks before Mr. Leitgeb had a chance to pull out the dough. He was there at 9:01 am and the security department at the bank had the transaction noted!

To all those people with moving claims...and damages...and lost wages....he laughed at it all!!! His wife gave the appearance that she was Mother Teresa...so kind and caring...all the time supporting his criminal behaviour and devious ways. She is absolutely no better. And don't get me started on that bi-polar daughter Rhonda!!! Yes, she is his daughter and the apple...or in this case the onion...didn't fall far from the tree!!

That's all for now..will keep you posted if I hear anything..glad to see people are still writing....AND THE NERVE OF THIS GUY TO BE ASKING PEOPLE TO ONCE AGAIN TRUST HIS COMPANY. GOD FORGIVE HIM!!!
