"I dont think that i should have to pay for them when they told me that i was entered in the sweepstakes."

When individuals call in, they want to signup for the sweepstakes correct? All callers who want to signup will be entered w/ no purchase needed. No one pays to signup for the sweepstakes.

It seems that this individual decided that she liked we had to offer and agreed to purchase some magazines. Within 14 days each person recieves a confirmation letter explaining which magazines they have pruchased. They have 7 days within receipt of that letter to respond to cancel w/ no money responsibility.

If you wanted your magazines, and did pay already, please call the customer service line and they will give you some answers you need to where your magazines are.

"Well they have sent me a bill for 41.19,and i have not recieved anything. I didn't even want the magazines."

When did they process your magazine account? Did you agreed to pay by check or charge? If you did agree to pay for the magazines, then for some instances they would need to recieve some kind of payment before the first magazine would arrive.
