I have tried many times to call the number, but it always answers that the mailbox is full and to try again later. This has gone on for several weeks.
They say on the receipt that "I have given the program an honest effort for the last 90 days without success. I am returning the book and materials in good condition. Please credit my credit card or checking account as indicated below for a full refund minus shipping and handling NO QUESTIONS ASKED. (A Credit of $79.90 from National Test Prep Corp. will show on next month's credit card or bank statement)
We want 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have any questions please give us a call. Customer Service Number : 1-305-854-1450"
This is a fraud and false advertising. Please help me get my money back as they have promised to do so.
