Nationstar Mortgage double payment of city taxes = negative escrow account Dallas Texas

 As part of my loan refinance closing, I made my semi-annual payment of town property taxes.  My loan was then immediately sold to Nationstar who made a double payment to the town, resulting in a negative escrow account balance.   Nationstar Rep claims that they can request a refund, but no refund was sought until I identified the error.  With the negative balance, Nationstar will adjust my monthly payments to account for this shortfall before my next semi-annual payment is due, DUE TO THEIR OWN MISTAKE.  This is unfair and deceptive practices on the part of Nationstar.
