Nationwide Consulting Services quick to take my $299.00 but can never contact them for my refund-after sending back my package Ripoff Bear Delaware

these people-"doug johnson" , "laura bryan" , "carol schwartz" easily called me back to take my application info march of 2007.i would receive my $5000 grant gauranteed(later found out it would take 12 weeks).
i decided not to apply since my original application changed and it was stated that "a change" would disqualify me.i started a new job with higher income and that was my only change.

i spent another $14.00 to send the package they sent me back overnight since they give you 48 hours for returns to get a refund.they confirmed package was received.that was may 11th.

since may 12th i have called so many times and they never answer the phone nor return phone calls. i constantly leave messages ,to this day, but they never call back.
