Contacted by mail . Restructure your loan or refinance for those in a hardship situation .after contacting and speaking to one of there case workers . I faxed him all information requested . I was contacted back an accepted at a client . I was told I qualified for the hamp 2 that President Obama signed . I was told I would get my loan lowered to fair market value and that I would be brought down to 2% . All my paperwork was in order and .it could take two months to complete all neccesary paperwork .
I agreed to the service . It was a sum of 3700. I paid all togeather .
When I had not heard from them in a few weeks I contacted the BBB and was told it was a real company and has a good rating.

A few for weeks later I start receiving calls that its in review then QA and then review then processing . It kept changing hands and I was recieving email traffic that its in work . no other updates . Then I was getting them from 4 or 5 different people . O sorry didn't see you r email .It was in my spam mail. or I was out of the office for days at a time and didn't review anything.

All an all this company finally about after a week of recieving my last payment .calls me and says you where denied by the investor . That was all . No other explanation . Just No .

They didnt even know that my FHA loan was not eligible for the hamp program at all . I found that out when I called the Hope line with HUD .

I'm pissed . My mortgage company wanted to foreclose on me . I had to sell items to catch up . borrowed money. Don't use these crooks .
