 Bought Transmission for my 93 Eldorado.  Shipped in 5 days with tracking number and reciept.   That was June of 2012.  Paid substancial amount to have installed.($1200)   Started having issues with Transmission immediately.   The Trans would make a loud "bang" when shifted from Park to drive, or Drive to reverse.   Started leaking on my paverstone driveway.  Called Lee, he said it was a bad Valve body, and the trans needed to be replaced.   That was the second week of April of this year.  He said that one was not in stock, and had to be built.   I brought the car to the Mechanic who installed it.   He also agreed that the internal Valve body was bad and the trans needed to be replaced.  It caused the front seal to leak.  I was called by Lee who said it was approved by the warranty department, and they were going to send it out ASAP!   They also said that they would compensate the labor end, and pay $65 per hour for the labor, as per the mechanics book for the job.   I was satisfied.   Coincidently, my Daughters trans went that weekend on her 2003 BMW.   I called Lee, he said they had one in stock, and both were being shipped together on May 1st.   I was told it would be 5 days in transit.    I never recieved a tracking number nor a reciept of the sale of the BMW trans.   I called several times and requested a tracking number.   Never recieved anything.   Two weeks pass, and the Mechanic never recieved anything.  Not a trans, not a payment, and not even a phone call.   I started frantically calling NR, and leaving voice mails.  Some days five times a day.  Nothing.   I finally emailed the website, and got a return CC email " Where is the customers Transmissions"???    I called again to have Lee apologise that he was away on vacation, and he forgot to forward his voicemail to the general mailbox.   I asked where are these two transmissions?  The Mechanic is upset I am tying up his yard with two cars, my kids are without transportation, and Its bad enough to lose 1 car for 1 week, but not to have Two for two?    He said he would make phone calls.   He called me back and told me bad news.   The BMW trans fell off of a loading dock in Atlanta, and was damaged.   The Eldorado trans was OK, and he would send that forward.  It should be two days away from the Mechanic.   In the mean time, he was shipping a new BMW one out  that day.  It would take atleast five days, but he would push to have it there ASAP.  He told me he felt bad, and that I should rent a car, and that Nationwide would foot the cost, up to $165 per week.   I agreed and he assisted me by making calls to where I could rent one for that price.     This is where the story gets weird.   I never get another call.  I called several more times for tracking...Nothing.  I email the company....Nothing..I am ripping the hair out of my head...Silence on their end.   I start wondering if this whole story about the damaged trans was a fabrication.  Its now the third week of April. Nothing!  I start reseaching Nationwide and find that everone is experiencing the same side show.    All bullshit.   I call my Credit card companies a put in a dispute.   Immediately, I was contacted by Greg who sent me a nasty letter on 5/28, stating what his intention were.  He was cancelling the BMW trans, and if I did not cancel the dispute with Chase, he was not going to send the Eldorado trans and honor the warranty.   He also said he was not paying for the car rental.   I reponded that the Eldorado trans was never delivered,it was supposed to be delivered on May 20th. ( I never got a tracking number) The check was never sent for the Mechanic, and I was happy he cancelled the BMW trans.   I had a reputable garage rebuild and install it in three days.     I lifted the dispute, and stated if I did not get a tracking number, and communication, I would re-instate it.   You guessed it....Nothing!  My son needed the Eldorado for his Prom on Friday the 7th.  I do not know what even to say to him.

      I am done with this bullshit company.  As far as I am concerned, this is a company that is on its way out.   I wouldn't buy anything from them.  If you have not heard back about your order, its most likely not coming!   Its apparent the damaged transmission story was nothing short of bullshit story.  They never shipped the transmissions at all.  Otherwise, they would have sent the tracking numbers.  I am out substantially.   I  lost six weeks use with the Eldorado, five with the BMW, Family arguements at the dinner table every night,  the $1200 for installation of a faulty trans, $345 for a car rental, Trans stain on my paverstone driveway, and I may be forced to rent a car and driver for my son Prom.     Do not even consider this company!    I filed a complaint with the BBB, and plan on contacting the Attorney general.   What they are doing is Wrong...and Illegal!    Anyone planning a law suit against this company, please respond.
