 I got a driver id number and it would be a 10 hr shift. I called back a couple days later and he said he had a client that was going to a banquet but I needed to pay for my ticket and would get reimbursed by the client. Then called me and told me I needed to pay for the second ticket from a broker for same amount for the after party downtown Manhattan. Then called back and said the ticket broker said the tix were sold out and I needed to pay the vip and it would all be paid back by the client. Then I get paid the $2400 from the client for the night and then I get $600 delivered from the company guy at the end of the night. He told me to pick them up at the Garden City Hotel and no one was there. I called him and he said he guy had been walking all over looking for me but wasn't. Then I called him and went to voicemail and he tried calling me but hung up as soon as I answered and then later on told me he tried calling me and then told me the client had to leave because he had to get to the banquet. I am such a fool but needed the second job and cash. 1 job isn't enough these days. So I lost about $1300.

Then when I called for work he tells me it's a 12 hr shift and I have to pay a broker for the banquet tickets. $298 and then another $298 for the after party club/swing club. After that he calls me back and says the club tix are sold out and need to add another 298 for a VIP fee. Client will reimburse me all of it. I will make $2400 plus me tix fees and then someone at the end of the night from the company will meet me to pay me the $600 shift pay. I was told to go to the Garden City hotel at 8. Pick up the client and take payment at arrival. I waited there and no one showed. I called "Dave" and he said the guy is walking around looking for me and he would call me back. I waited and called him back and he would pick up and hang up right away then call me back and hang up right away when I answered. Peter on after I left I called again and he said the phone kept disconnecting and that the client finally had to leave for his so called banquet. He was very intimidating and pushy. Like a gangster. Kept reassuring me then says he doesn't have time for this he's a very busy dispatcher. I am ashamed I fell for this but needed a second job as cash work. I was already sucked in for an amount then I was dragged in for more because I already put in. Put this a guy in jail with the pedophiles.
