On July 7, 2005 I purchased the Book Natural Cures on line at www.naturalcures.com. On July 27th when I had not received the book I e-mail support@naturalcures.com and received an automatic acknoledgement. On August 10th when I still had not heard from them I tried e-mailing once again. On August 24th I tried calling cumstomer service at 847-777-7131 with out any luck. I was told the number for was customers who had ordered over the phone.

What I've seen on your web site I see I'm not the only one short changed by this company. I should have done my homework before ordering. I have now given up on ever receiving the book or getting my money back for non delivery of product. Thanks for giving me a place to express my concerns.
