Natural Cures Charged me $110.20 for product I never received and can't get a refund since March Elk Grove Village Illnois

In March, from a TV infomercial, I ordered the Natural Cures book, tapes and newsletter along with an extra book to give as a gift. As of June 2006, I still had not received the product. After several phone calls, most of which were never answered, many messages left and a lot of frustration, I finally got in touch with an actual person. This was in July 2006. I finally received a partial refund on August 16, 2006. I am still trying to obtain the balance. A person by the name of Amy was responsible for the partial refund, but a hundred calls later, amy no longer answers her phone - her message says "Amy is at home". Now does this mean Amy is at home(home) or at home at work. Nevertheless, she returns no phone calls - even after I threatened to call Larry King of CNN who has had Mr. Trudeau on his program.

Today I talked to a lady by the name of Tina. She had me fax her some information. I did and asked for a return call verifying receipt of the information I had faxed. So far, no call back. I guess time will tell. I will never again WATCH any infomercial much less order from one.
