One month ago, I placed an order for a "free trial" of natural sleeping pills after seeing an ad in a brochure from a company called "Swiss Labs/Nature Made". The one month supply was free and they said all I had to pay was $13.00 for the shipping & handling. So, I called and gave them my credit card over the phone so they could charge my debit card. 

I was never informed over the phone that future shipments would be sent & CHARGED on my card. It wasn't until this week that I received 2 more packages from them (which I did NOT ORDER) plus (4) charges on my credit card totalling over $100.00!! I immediately called the company & they "stated that I never called by Sept. 30th to instruct them to NOT send future shipments.." I was outraged! I was never TOLD in the first place by anyone when I placed my FREE TRIAL offer that I had to. I complained and told them that this was fraudulent and were making UNAUTHORIZED charges to my debit card. My complaining & yellling did nothing! They REFUSED to credit my card.

I had to go to my bank & dispute these 4 charges so that I can have the $110.00 put back on my debit card! They said they would have to investigate the matter before they could do anything. In the meantime, I have $110.00 missing from my bank account that I desperately NEED!  Do NOT buy ANY products from this company or any of their affiliates! DO NOT BE SUCKERED like I was!
