I was charged for (2) one-minute charges for $150.00 each on January 2 when I wasnt even home to make the calls.
I have found out from my local phone company the charges are the result of internet pop-up ads that when they are closed the individual is billed for the charge. Why? Because in a fine print in the pop up window there is a phrase that says "by closing this window you will be charge $150.00"
This is deceptive business practices at the least. The company will bill you in the hope that you do not notice the charges on your bill.
My local phone company will not issue a credit until they receive a credit from Navaho Networks. So in the meantime I am out $350.
