NCH NCH software Blew me off as if I was a nuisance with no legitimate complaint.

I purchased a software program from NCH.  When I received the CD and attempted to load it onto my computer a message popped up stating the CD contained malware.  I scanned the CD and Norton Security found over 200 Trojans (some listed may be duplicates) and some less dangerous malware. I notified NCH thinking perhaps I could get a replacement and also believing it might be something they'd be concerned about.  They typed back that they do their best to make and send quality products and that was it.  Not even a, "Thank You," for bringing it to their attention.  I do not think the CD was infected while in the mail!
