The hotel in Mexico handed out the number for this company to use for credit card companies representing them as the best way to make this kind of call and when I got back to the states I was charged $260 for four phone calls that lasted a total of 15 minutes.
When I called customer service they instantly offered a rebate of $123.43 to buy me off (and sent me an email confirming that) but it's nothing more than a complete ripoff - a $46 connect fee?
This company is stealing money from consumers

Well it doesn't happen often but the hotel contacted the company, NCIC in Longview, TX and Bill Pope sent me an email, looked at the charges and adjusted the bill to reflect a fair charge for the phone service.
This is really one time when the phone company was listening and I'm absolutely delighted.
