Neil Channan is a blustery con artist that makes all sorts of claims but has NEVER delivered once. As such he has left a lot of broken promises and shattered dreams in his wake. He will hire you, maybe even pay you just a little for your efforts with the balance presumaby to come when success is achieved. But there has been, and will be, no success. Do not believe him, and do NOT engage with Neil by any stretch. Capital PB received a lame license from Belize in an effort to consumate trade in large blocks of MTN's. Ha! Good luck with that......
