Some time ago I paid substantial funds to Mr. Neil Sullivan for the completion of a resort unit in San Pedro Belize.
Mr. Neil Sullivan made many, many representations about his integrity as a developer and how my investment would go. It was a dream to own property in the area and Mr. Sullivan made it sound like it was an investment opportunity in Belize that I could not pass up.
A couple of years later, nothing has been done on building the unit. Neil Sullivan will not give me back the funds I gave him either - and these are very substantial. Neil Sullivan always has an excuse as to why he has not been able to start construction, but I suspect that he has diverted the funds I advanced to his other buildings in the area. He keeps trying to put me off but it is getting more obvious what has happened.
When asking around to realtors, very very few of them will touch Neil Sullivan's buildings. I could tell that he has a shady reputation around the island.
I now doubt that he will ever start building the unit and am scared he has spent the funds elsewhere. Beware Neil Sullivan. Everything is not what he tells you.

It has been confirmed that all of Neil Sullivan's projects in San Pedro Belize have gone bankrupt. Investors are out of millions upon millions of dollars. The banks in Belize are after him. He is a fraud and scam artist.
Neil Sullivan has moved to Europe and it is very unlikely he will return to Belize to sort out the complete mess that he has created. Gross financial mismanagement on Neil Sullivan's part so that he can live a life of luxury.
Please beware of any real estate projects that Neil Sullivan tells you he is involved with in Belize. Most of the funds will go to line his own pockets and you will never realize your dream. Do speak to other purchasers of his properties to form your own opinion.
He says that he is a lawyer from Winnipeg Canada.
