Ordered a few services from this company including server security set up and database management. 1 week after the beginning of their work I immediately found something is very wrong when I did not receive any upates from them. I could not log into my 5 dedicated servers that I had assigned to them. When I confronted them about it, Manish (the co founder) demanded payment of 650000 INR (About $10,000 USD) or they will not release the servers to me and I will lose all my data which was very important.
I had no choice but to try to recover my data another way. They totally scammed me and this company which was set up in May, 2017 is a total scam. I will not pay them a dollar. I would rather take the data loss then line their poor pockets.
Avoid Neosaransh Cloud Solutions and do not do business with them. This is my best advice.
Avoid them like the plague.
