Netdropshipper Fraud Advertisement, walking away with our money Los Angelos Los Angeles California

My problem stems from false advertisement by Netdropshipper. Two different products were falsely advertised and caused me to lose almost $200. The first product I purchased that was falsely advertised was a Sony PlayStation Portable PSP Giga Pack + 1GB Memory Card & USB Cable. The picture is of a black PSP giga pack, which is US Version, all of my customers received the white PSP giga packs which are Japan version that don't play US dvds.

The second falsely advertised product is a Uniden WXi377-BL Submersible 900MHz Waterproof Handset Cordless Phone (Black/Blue and new). My customer received a White/Blue factory refurbished phone.

Throughout the hetic Christmast season I sold 9 ITrip for Ipod Nanos that never got shipped out and i'm still trying to get my money back for.

***BEWARE*** - things you must known before you order -
* They do not ship out your items in a timely matter.
*They post fedex tracking numbers on your order and never ship them.
*They don't respond to most emails and the ones they do respond to execept up to a week for a responds.
*Out of the blue they will require you to submit by fax a credit card authorization from including a copy of your credit card and dl.
*The will not send you an RML to pay for a wronge item shipped out.
*They will not refund any shipping, even if it was there fault. per "Policy"
*If your orders go over the $400 they will cancel them and make you wire money, not just one order, all orders at any givin time. So if you are using a debit card the funds will be held for up to 7 days.
*Beware of factory refurbished items, mine came broken.
*They claim, per and email they sent me, that they can not garentee colors of products due to not opening boxes (must be color blind - the picture of the product is on the outside!!!)

Due to this vendor, I had to close my ebay store. So please, please beware.

I have filed reports with BBB and IC3 so far.
